I am student of 8th semester. My result would be declared by August. Can I apply??

I have transcript till 7th semester that is above 14 years of education.

if you have background of subject thn you should choose that subject....
political science is low scoring only for those who have no background of this subject .

I think IR will help me in CSS bcoz it carries 200 marks there.

Request for urgent reply:

Currently I am in abbotabad, therefore I want to select abbotabad center. But i will have to move to village at Kohat after approximately one year??
My question is :
If I passed the written exams, May i select kohat or peshawar for interview purpose???

interviews are held in peshawar only.
