Female as well as disabled candidates quota is not mentioned there in the list.

merry zafar bhai either they forgot about it or it's the same for women of each zone. I think it's more likely the first scenario.

I asked him. He said the target is the same for everyone. I told him it can't be, there was open merit for females candidates to which he answered that he was on leave till Thursday and would confirm it. But since you have confirmed it already i need not ask him again, this decision can be challenged considering the fact that it's a deviation from the advertisement.
