Does this mean the cabinet has to decide on the spot on the matter or is it that they must have done working prior to the me meeting and the meeting is for announcement of the decision purposes only? I mean, how does it work?

Hi bakr, it will be decided on spot and whatever is decided has to be acceptable by all parties
