In a situation right now and need some guidance from fellow members

1. As AD in a disco (distribution company) on lumpsum pay package (package in the 6 figures) with no chance of regularization in future?
2. As AD via public service commission. A regular job but only the 17 grade salary with no other perks.

Brother AD transport is far better than AD in Discos . Lump-sum me hiring hi esi leay ki gai hai k in near future discos ki privatisation honi hai and jo halat hain mulk k tu new govt bnty hi bismillah discos ki privatisation se honi hai.

as for as my opinion is concerned go for AD transport..pay start will be round about 80k..job security,relax job environment,public service, but CP fund policy will be applicable

Okay so kal hamari meeting the with director transport and following were the highlights

1. Will be posted as DTO (district transport officer)
2. Will have MLA (motor licensing authority)
3.No official vehicle will be provided by the dept. In future there might be a chance
4. No extra allowances
5. For residence, there are offices with one or 2 extra that can be used for accommodation purposes

Bus abhe yeahi mamlat hai.
