Kppsc will do whatever the cabinet orders it to. If the cabinet decides to hold the exam in November, kppsc will comply 100%.

Its the cabinet's decision to make not kppsc's.

So here are some pointers

1. Aug 2, 2022 kppsc meeting. It was decided that papers will proceed as per plan on 15 September 2022

2. Roll numbers will be issued by the end of August.

3. Commission has strong pointers to convince cabinet regarding conducting exam from 15 september

IN-SHORT, still the matter is 50/50. As GHAZ said, if cabinet decided November then kppsc cannot do anything.
