The main motivation for us all is that in previous many PMs exams candidates simultaniouly cleared CSS as well as PMS exam...which shows the system is fair..my friend now DC dir was one among many such candidates..we used to have a cup of tea in saddar after paper 1 back in 2014..he joined PAS ,leaving PMS to next on merit candidate

As per my interview experience the current chairman expect a particular answer to his question. He is conducting the interview just like mcqs paper ; only one liner answer ... that's why most of candidates score zeros in interview...

Well regarding the dawn article. I agree with the stance of the commission. Not only the quality of the education system but I have personally witnessed recommended candidates (particularly for the lecturer posts) have no idea about their subjects. Nor do they read books or any other literature for that matter. Allah he khair karay kp awam ka.

The PMS syllabus is also outdated (needs To be overhauled PRONTO)

Likan Kppsc interviews be ajeeb say hotay hai. The panel does not know what to ask from the candidate. Khud ke example dunga. For the post of AD transport, they asked very basic questions.

Kppsc panel ko khud be tora self evaluation karni chaiye
