Yasir bhai, apply for lien; it is your right. I would recommend to join disco if it can help you to gain some technical experience. As the final decision is in your hand, look at it from a broader perspective, taking into account the long-term prospects. As far as the regularization is concerned, it is not so promising for almost all jobs. Everything that might matter in the future is the technical background that one will have developed over the years.

Sir lien ka batye? Since I have joined the disco. AD transport kay joining orders anay mein time hai. What are the rules of lien? How much experience is required for lien? Like If I join AD transport next month can I apply for lien?

You may please read the rules by yourself. In case you are not eligible for lien, you may keep the position of the AD transport on hold for a year or more. You will be then in a better position to decide what to do.

Expected in the end of this month or start of September..the reason of delay as per sources is the missing of some bundle of papers..which have been located and are now checked..
