salam to forum members.it is often said that people must be big scholars while appearing for the CSS and PMS.i would like to know that is that necessary to be the all rounder for this kind of exam or an average person can pass that??
Is ratta essential or we can study,understand and then write in our own words??

AoA, I think an average person can pass CSS/PMS with ease...
The first main thing is to discover ur weaknesses, mean what things are lacking in yourself, these may include strong base of basic terms of any subject, writing skills, confidence(the most important) and no fear of losing.

The pre requisits for this are a strongest base on the basic concepts of ur subjects, strong will power, consistensy in work, trust on oneself, no fear of losing and brave heart...

One should discover one self before applying for these exams then no doubt his success is certain...
"The longest journey I can ever remember is the journey to self discovery" (Faiez Seyal).

Also to cover any subject one need strong base, much knowledge about the basic contents of chapters, and can do analysis, and then ratta is also necessary bcz there are some terminology if we ask like LASER stand for, SDA stand for etc, or in every days Science there are many things which we should memorize... also we need memorizing the points of certain topics in most of the subjects... So without ratta Success seems impossible....

I didnt mean pure ratta for every subject but one should have grasp on main points of certain topics i most of the subjects....

But one can't ignore the power of memorizing (ratta)...

tnx sweetu for ur kind words... I want to give support to my those fellows who didn't join any academy etc... me 2 hate academy... So the best plteform is the css forum and I am trying to adding more and more stuff to PCS/PMS KPK portion coz in CSS portion there are many ppl who are always adding more and more informative and fresh stuff to that portion while in PMSportion there is not so active participation so thats why I am trying to share what ever I can and what ever is beneficial for all of you...

Dear Its confirmed... my father told me confirmed news... He visited KPKPSC mostly... he also tole me that all the candidates info have been entered into the Computer and they are trying to issue the roll number slips asap...

Dear he also told me that 17 thousand candidates applied fr PMS exam...
December is confirmed coz the official of KPKPSC told my father (as I told you before) that they usually take the PCS/PMS exam in the year in which they published the advertisement...

So all guys get ready...

the picture in my avatar is of my uncle haji dost muhammad shaheed who was killed in qissa khwani blast on 19th april this year, the suicidal attack killed him on the spot when he was meeting gulfat hussain the then dsp.
he was ameer jumat-e-islami of peshawar,,,,

These grls are really weird creature...
Take admissions in MBBS, MA, M.Sc, B.S & Engineering and then either leave it incomplete(especially MBBS ) or dnt opt fr jobs of their concerned fields, I know there are many reasons behind this issue but bechare larko ka haq ka jati hae in education and jobs too...

Same will be the case with PMS 2010, 10 reserved seats for grls and also are eligible in boys category seats too, they will pass the exam and then will leave the job and will be settle at home as a house wife...Kamal krti hae ye larkia...
