ok. can u plz help me in selection of scoring subject. i did b.com in 2008 and M.A ECONOMICS from karachi university in 2011 .

Don't believe on scoring and nonscoring philosophy. You can score in every subject.
Your interest , academic background matters alot. See the past papers of that subject and then decide.

Why people prefer pms over all other services except css? After qualifying the exam what designation will be given?

there is 2 character certificates required one from university and other from 2 responsible ppl? do i have to make two certtificates seperately?

yes you have to make seprately
certificate from institution last attended and
certifacte from responsible person

They demand:
""Character certificate from the academic Institute last attended."
If its KMU then you need to go to KMU... If your medical studies is not completed yet and you want to apply on BA private degree then you need character certificate of the institute from here you did your FA/FSc.

1- The form I got from NBP (Kohat) does not have any character certificate page in it
2- The form consists of instruction page and six other pages
is there any page missing ?
page:1 application form with that bank stamp and sign till last page:6 certificate of departmental permission etc, and the page with subjects list attached with the syllabus.
how to submit it, and on what address ? as I live in Rawalpindi
3- Is there any senior in rwp/isb with whom i can meet and fill it

Form don't consist of character certificate...You need to attach by your self.
