Dear All,
I had my psychological and group discussion on 14th of January, 2015. When I was done with it, I asked a couple of guys in the commission office about the interview schedule. They said that now we are going to interview 15 candidates per day to expedite the process. So everyone around should speed up accordingly now. |

My Interview Experience (January 20, 2015):
My optionals: Political Science Constitutional Law History of USA International Law Pushto I entered the Chairman’s Office and greeted all those present there and yes! the chairman did extend his hand which I entertained. After getting through my Application Form, the chairman asked me to introduce myself. Chairman: It seems you’ve put a lot of effort. Me: Yes sir, but a miss is as good as a mile. Chairman: (Smiling) gentleman! You just hit the nail on its head. Chairman: So, you’re working as ********, tell me your job description and main responsibilities. Me: Furnished the required information. Chairman: Tell me, who’s your ideal leader among the several leaders showing off these days in the country but forget about Jinnah, I’m talking about the present politicians. Me: It’s much regretted sir, but we don’t have any which can be rightly called a leader. Chairman: Why? Tell me the qualities of your ideal leader. Me: Sir, a good leader is he who can understand the dictations of time and administer the country like he administer his household, who can vigilantly observe the needs and pains of his countrymen and who can help create the citizenry we so earnestly need. Discussion followed. PASSED TO THE 2ND MEMBER OF THE PANEL He asked me about the appointment of superior courts judges (Judicial Commission-composition and functions, Parliamentary Committee on Judiciary-composition and functions, and all those questions which can possibly be extracted from the mutual relationship of these two institutions). The member was not looking convinced as I told him that after the 19th amendment, there are 12 members of the Parliamentary Committee (8 from National Assembly and 4 from Senate). A fruitful discussion followed. Secondly, he asked me about the amendment procedure under the 1973 constitution and tried his level best to trap me and at a certain point I came to the dead end of the discussion and said sorry sir!. PASSED TO THE 3RD MEMBER He asked me about the Council of Common Interests (CCI), its compositions, functions etc. Furnished the same information. Asked about the GDP ($ 258 billion-ESP 2013-2014) and GDP growth rate (4.14%-ESP 2013-2014) There were two other questions which I’m unable to recollect. PASSED TO THE 4th MEMBER He asked me two questions but I couldn’t answer even single one. One was from History of USA (the most tactical one even I’d finished my revision of that subject two days before the interview) and another was from Muslims’ Political Philosophy-Nizam-ul-Mulk Toosi. Thus he succeeded in distorting my pleasant mood but still I kept on enjoying their company in a jubilant mood. PASSED TO THE 5TH MEMBER He asked me just two questions: How many agencies are there and that how many FRs are there. Then the interview came to its logical end, I exchanged smile with the chairman and other members and left the office. Dear friends! Just focus on the prepation of your optional subjects as well as your subject of specialization, if you do this, the interview would become a piece of cake for you people, trust me. Wish you all best of luck .

secondly, as I was too much exhausted because of waiting for my turn, so, I couldn't notice the time span, it might be 20-25 minutes but I cant't tell you for sure.
