Today was my final interview.
Let me share the experience with you.
My Optionals are Political Science, IR, Constitutional law, Public Ad, Pashto.
The Chairman greeted me warmly. After that he asked me to introduce myself, which I did. Then he enquired about my hobbies, after which the formal interview started. The panel asked me the following questions.
What is trade potential between Pakistan & India, how they can improve it further. And core issues b/w them.
What is Public Administration.
Rise of China as global power and its investment in Central Asia, Africa and Pakistan.
Which tribe in Quraish Prophet Muhammad S.A.W belong to.
Difference b/w AJK admistration and GB. Why AJK opposed GB as a province.
Budget deficit of Pakistan.
Which is more influential: Print, electronic or social media.
At the end, the Chairman wished me luck closed the interview.

As per request/order of Dorian Guy(the guy who started the thread), I am sharing my interview experience here.

Interview Environment : Very comfortable and Friendly.
Interview Date: 31st Dec, 2014
Panel Members: 3 (Another member joined but very late when my interview was going to end.)

As I entered, Chairman stood to shake hand and then asked me to sit, so I did.
Afterwards, I was asked the following questions.

1) Introduce Yourself.
2) what are your optionals? What is your favorite one?
3) So Journalism is one of your optionals, tell me what is the minute about media in the latest 20 point agenda in Pakistan's political and military's collecting meeting.
4) Ok, so you think this point is going to solve the problems in Media?
5) If you don't agree that its going to solve then what should be done with Media? what do u suggest?
6) Don't you think it will be against freedom of speech to create black list in media and stop people from speaking out their minds openly?
7) What do you think about military courts? Do you think they are ok give the consitution of Pakistan in view? Don't you think it will be against the concept of freedom of speech and fair trial to put people in military court?
8) If you think military courts is not a long term solution then what should be done?
9) One hundred thousand troops couldnt do it in Afghanistan(couldnt win the battle in Afghanistan), why?
10) Tell me about bugdet of Pakistan, with figures?
11) What is foreign reserve?
12) Why do we need to keep hard money?

13) Since Indo-pak history is your optional, tell me what system did the English inherited from Sikhs who were ruling pakistan side of Indo-pak subcontinent?
14) What is ABC written on top of newspaper?(Related to my optional journalism)

15) What is the difference between AM and FM? (Related to my Engineering Degree)
16) What are the types of circuits?

17) Bache, what is touheed?

While leaving, Chairman stood up again and shook hand and thats how it ended.

TIPS: Keep yourself updated about everything that is going on around Pakistan nowadays, related to terrorism. And if possible, keep one simple decisive view about terrorism and how to curb it. As we say, Know what you are talking, so you can defend it.
If you can any reference that you can give while talking about a topic in interview, the panel will like it, and they actually got very attentive, all of them, and listened to me when I quoted a possible solution to counter extremism from a Research Paper, so I think it can be a plus point.

Entered into the room.. Chairman greeted with a shake hand and asked me to have a seat.. He examined my PMS form and asked few questions about my thesis in my Masters. and then..

1) Introduce Yourself.
2) After introduction formal interview started.. Chairman asked about Alqaeda and ISIS along with their history and hold in particular areas. He asked the future of these two non state actors in south asia and middle east. I explained..
3) Chairman moved towards journalism and asked about PPO and Pemra. I explained and then another member asked how is pemra goverened and about its ordinance which i said i haven't read it. How make pemra governed.. then he asked whether media should be free. then he came to exact figure of GDP.. Public debt.. how to cover budget deficit.. who make our monetary policy.. then he asked how revive economy of pakistan..
4) Another member asked about sikh regime and its qualities in kashmir which they opted due to my indo-pak History..
5) Another member asked how senators are elected.. number of senators in pakistan.
6) Another member asked that you said energy crisis is the main hurdle in the revival of economy then how to produce energy and what is energy mix and what is cricular debt and how to tackle it.. I suggested means for producing energy by discussing all aspects of potential which pakistan has then he asked we would need revenue for that.. Guess the amount of revenue.. how we would take that revenue for which i suggested means..
7) Another member asked breaking news is related to journalism so what is the fastest medium of breaking news nowadays all over the world..
8)The person who asked economy related questions he asked bache munz ki sumra farz we aur audas ki sumra farz we..

While leaving, Chairman stood up again and shook hand and thats how it ended.
My advice: Be prepared and expect the unexpected.. Leave a hint in your answers so that they may come to that point..

Dear all are mentioned in my interview post.. Sikh Regime and senators election.. I.R was not discussed in particular but u can relate it to the alqaeda and isis which was from current scenario..
