Mr.Ihtisham is not a Ph.D;he is just MA English serving as lecturer English at GDC Toru,Mardan with me.Prior to that,he had been serving as Teaching Assistant English at GPGC Mardan,Mardan.

O i see. anyhow Allah had better plans for me, i am tehsildar now and even he would think before joining AD archives because there is no promotion there, He will retire in same scale most probably I believe he will not join it

LOL why teachers (lecturers) are so frustrated that they are going to join whatever they could get. Recently hundred of lecturers applied for ASI jobs which is only BPS-09, a lowest officer in police hierarchy
In past there are examples, that those Lecturers who were in BPS-18 joined lower scale jobs from BPS-09 to BPS-11 in different departments leaving teaching
One guy, who was Assistant Professor in Bannu university joined Accountant BPS-16 job when recommended by kppsc

It depends upon aptitude and preferences;otherwise teaching is the noblest profession.And as far as your comment about their frustration is concerned,I may differ with you as lecturers are not frustrated at all but they go to their dream jobs.Some people join one job;quit it;join another;quit it and this process goes on throughout their lifetime.This is all about satisfaction of soul!!!!!!!!

dear imbindas your information is not correct...if a seat is left vacant and the selected candidate doesnt join the post and he conveys his decision to the concerned department with in 3 months then the candidate 2nd on merit list is selected for the said post and the same goes on but the time limit is 3 months...i have personally gone through it
