Default Corruption of KP Government
Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Directorate General of Sports and Youth Affairs announced various posts through NTS and today KPK Public Service Commission announced the same posts again. I do not know what to say about this irregularity. Can somebody tell me what the hell is going on ???

bro..its written on the NTS advertisement that these posts are on ad hoc bases for one year or till the arrival of permanent employees through kp commission..kppsc would take at least two years till the appointment of regular selectees..The NTS selectees would be serving till then

Well, the posts for the IRS and CUstoms' Inspectors were announced by the FBR, but later on they're turned over to (re-announced by) the FPSC and the recruitment process was completed by the latter.
Bottom line: It's a matter pertaining to employment of the recruiting agency and not corruption since the rights of those who've already applied are not being violated as they still stands a fair chance for getting those posts.

Yes dear i do understand that. But the point is why they are announcing posts through 2 different recruiting agencies. If they are in need of such posts they should have asked KPPSC to speed up the process of selection. In the past KPPSC has done this in the case of Medical Officers.

I do agree with you. Approximately all government jobs are on ad hoc based and then become permanent. So basically the candidates selected on NTS will have to serve for one year and then will be fired on arrival of candidates from KPPSC. To my understanding this is the irregularity, If they are in so much need why don't they keep the candidates from NTS on permanent basis?

Maturity requires one to be prudent enough not to level allegations without substantial proof. In our society, individuals ( both literate and the illiterate)love to speculate. Frankly speaking, speculation is a healthy activity if one is in a stock market business not otherwise. Kindly focus on your studies it will help you.
