your ZONE TCS/ Postoffice are quick, others are slow, so letter not yet recived by others

My NTS score is 62 and m from zone 4 but i haven't been shortlisted. Can anyone guide me what was the merit criteria ??? They have said it is ESTA codes. Can anyone tell me How ESTA is distributing its weightages. ???

you have a good score you should have been short-listed. Here is the ESTA code, start from page 40 , it is available on www.khyberpakhtunkhwa.gov.pk but now i couldn't find it , so i uploaded it for you

esta code is establishment code -rules of business for bureaucracy.in this case original result was consolidated by nts which was duely published for the satisfaction of all.beyong that now it is the prerogative of concerned deptt they will short list the candidates as per they deem fit.mind it that these jobs are contractual under a special cluase ammended in the recruitment rules of the establishment deptt.its like a vicious circle,initially it was done by the late bashir ahmad bilour,i was a candidate back then in 2010,tests were conducted in peshawar i got 3rd but merit list was not published citing departmental reasons.
i had a heated argument with secy lcb and secy lg rd but all in vain.
i dont want to open a pandora box full of pessimist narrative but only to give you guys an idea of our system.and yes last time they sold these seats for 25 to 35 lac each this i can vouch for.
i went to file a petition against lsb but all lawyers told me that my case was not primafacie as i didnt have any supporting document,merit list,proof of nepotism n all that.sp my brothers this is pakistan you should wait n hope for best.

I think you are not selected because of your GPA , I also have same score but my GPA is over 3.

That's a C+ grade which falls in 2nd division. That might have been the case. As if you look at ESTA code they say that grade B is 1st divison. While grade anything low then B is 2nd divison . And ESTA code only look at divisons not at GPA
I my self have a B- Grade. Which equals 1st divison

And bro whats was your score in LCB test
