He has things confused. BPS-17 test was conducted in 2014 and bps-11 in 2015 , if memory serves me right almost 8-10months a part.

Can you please elaborate in first statement you are saying BS-17 are under training while in second statement you are saying Bs-17 on next turn how?

Means those who had taken stay order after the nts test..may be the dept had already some employees on contract basis.

Who said that LCB BS-11 test was before BS-17..? Not at all.
I appeared in both tests. 1st they conducted BS-17 test through NTS and then some 6 to 8 months after BS-11 posts are advertised in which i am currently selected. But BS-17 are still missing.

with reference to the news published in daily mashriq dated 03-03-2016 the recruitment in local counsel board will be done through kpk public service commission for the post of bps-11 and above.but this process will not applied to the candidate who have already cleared nts test previously.

lets see and hope for the best.
