out of frustration i called local council board office and my call was transfered to
several officials as none of them were cooperative and didnt want to answer my questions;

why are you delaying the publication of merit list when you have all the data with you.atleast it should be published and if there are any official delays in conducting interviews that could be dealt with.

extra delay in not carrying out short listing may cause mistrust and dismay among candidates and was against the rules.as according to my knowledge the nts people have already arranged the merit list and provided it to lcb officials so there is no rocket science involved in arranging it again.

the basic idea was to grill the officials and get a feel of their intentions but sadly a few of them turned rude towards me.a few hung up the phone i had to call 9 times.
later on the ps to secy lcb told me in a friendly manner not to waste my time as these posts were in doldrums.he didnt give a reason and said you are an educated and reasonable guy so find an explaination for your self.

BY Grace of Allah i have been selected as OG-1 in State bank of pakistan...But i have got 85 marks in NTS admin Cadre (Zone.2) in local council board test...I need advice what ll be better joining SBP or Waiting for Local council board and what are mine Chance in Local Council board??? Anyone

Great work Mesogynist, last week I also had called the NTS and the LCB about the progress, the NTS people said they had sent the list to LCB, I argued with them that why they didn't upload the list in the first instance, its crystal clear that there is something fishy about te list and both the NTS and the LCB are involved in it, NTS had been formed to bring transparency in the testing process and if they have a dubious nature, then it should be banned, I also had heard stories of the illegalities in the testing processes. and lastly about LCB, what better can you expect from a government department and that too from KPK. I am boycotting NTS tests...

Your score is good, but nothing can be said about the selection, if the process is transparent, you are hopefully selected, but don't expect any fairness from the Govt. departments, so my advice would be to join SBP, SBP is one of the good organization in Pakistan, congrats boy, I was called for OG-2 interviews but unlucky not selected finally......
