perhaps for 2-3 months not for years, and if stay prolongs than the government may go for upper courts to avoid the political setback.

Lets hope for the best that court rules for the current recruitment as its more transparent process then the previous recruitment.

Patience please. The merit list has recently been forwarded for the approval of secretary local government department. There is no stay order against these posts.

This is my last chance for any govt job and that's why am very desperate.to avoid unnecessary mayhem we should quote sources when breaking any news.i had information through one of my cousins working in establishment depth that these posts will be done any time after 1st august.the @zeekay said there was temporary injunction by court and now we hear that the list is underway for approval.it would be better if we do some information sharing with each other to sort the truth for the benefit of all

Well one of my friend is in LCB as per his wording writ filed by Mr. Hidayat and he belongs to swat. This is his wordings.

Well I do not know about any writ filed or any internal information.
But I am short listed for LGE&RDD AD post in local area authorities. The test for those posts were also conducted through NTS and that was about 2 months or more prior to LCB test. There was no merit list on display just the names of the person short listed and also their is no date for any interviews. The process is still on going.
This government is taking all its time while it can to appoint any new people. I think they are incompetent and this is hurting this government very much. Incapable of taking any decision

well bross i am not at all trying to spread any rumours here and was even more disgusted than you are when i came to know about this negative development.
however, i would urge everyone to exploit their own sources and confirm about this bull shit
