Riaz,,,i came to know by reading several queries that there is open merit for zone 2,,,no specific seats,,,m wandering cuz i belong to the said zone,,,it's clearly against of what Lcb has been mentioned in the ad,,,

Interviews are expected to be held in the months of July-August 2014.
Interviews are post phoned because of some internal matters like shuffling of bureaucracy, closure of financial year, ADP/budget preparation sessions, confirmation of status of some the universities from HEC etc….
We believe in transparency and merit. As already posted that this government desire for change. We believe that only talented and hard working youth can pull this country out of present crisis. These seats are as “AMANAT” for the deserving ones.
Interviews for the vacancies at Local Council Board are also expected in months of July-August 2014.
The competent authority can change the number of seats. Each of the advertised category has seats for open merit. Each individual passed the test is considered for the merit.
Short listing is not final yet. So we are unable to tell you the position of a person. As soon as the short listing is performed. All such information will be available here at our website, as the previous case.

The Link provided for the Cancellation of interviews is misleading..These jobs are different than v appeared for in the test...its

Got 83 in admin cadre..but dont know why have fallen to 80..have submitted my objection form..still no progress..

no, this is not the case. existing employees have already been elevated on 20th of may. notification in this regard have been issued and i can share it over here. they are all low ranking clerks,assistants and supervisors. whereas,we have applied for admin,accounts amd engineering cadre. what i came to know through personal contacts is that the office of local govt is being shifted to hayatabad so there is no adventure to occur in about 1-2 months.rest if any having their own source can confirm and share it here.

Additional not sure about Test Passing Marks, i got 68 in Admin Cadre, and i am from Zone-4.

Can't say about the number of seats, and about candidates who scored in 60 , there is a chance if they have good academic record and are from less competent zone.
I mean that it is clear that if some one is from Peshawar and have scored in 60s then there are very less chance for him\her because too many candidates has scored 70+ . We can just Hope for Best.

It is not fair that account officers posts are on open merit,,,when it comes to opdn merit,,it vl hardly three or four,,they had not mentioned it in the advertisement,,i think once again we all are fooled.
