Adding a bit to the topic, in Astrology there is the concept of 'Cusp', and its where two sings meet, you are going to have some traits of the immediately attached sign as well.

Usually, the Cusp area starts form 16-17th to 23-24th of the month! E.g if person is born on 19th March, he/she is considered to be on Pisces-Aries Cusp, so he/she is going to have a slightly different traits(mostly addition of certain extra traits) form the rest of the zodiac fellows because of being too close to the other sign, so that sign has already started showing it affects!
