Have you changed your hard???? If so then it's good,,,,,,,,,,

Go to Task manager and check how much of your RAM is being utilized by the system. If it exceeds the total RAM or even more than half,,,,,,,,,, go to "Process" bar in the Task manager and check how many threads are being executed at that time. "End Task" unnecessary tasks. Also remove your all of installations, especially heavy one............

Let me know out comes of this,,, then I'll tell you something else,,, Hain,,, try to repair ypur fan aswelllllllllllll

try this.
1. formate the last window and then reinstall.
2. your new hard disk may not be compatible with your system, change it.

Question

task manager is not the solution.
try first formation of hard disk.
insert windows disk in CD-Room/DVD-Room
start installation. during installation there will be option to format hard disk. format only C drive, otherwise u will lost all of your data on your hard disk.

i hope you havent formatted the drives
kindly post your specs so we can help better
now these are the things you can do (you should check that your hard isnt the cause if the playback sound (audio) is chunky and video is playing way too slow you have a hdd with bad sectors it happens sometime especially with western digital hard)
1. a fresh installation never slows the pc speed so you might have downloaded or installed something like a trojan or malware for the solution try this
0000000000000http://thepiratebay.se/torrent/6919425
2. now if u r still facing problems u need to boot from a live cd like hiren but as u r not computer literate ask some friend to do it
3.you might have low ram or low space on C
update us if nothing works

Tooba,

Task Manager is an important tool to find out the root cause of this malfunctioning. I am 99% sure that the issue is due to Viruses and other such malwares. You had changed your Hard disk but had "Copy - Paste" the data from previous Disk which contain Virus program and these viruses are causing this problem.

I am Computer user for last 13 years and never have installed "Anti Virus" Program in my computer. Alhamdulliallah I fix each and every virus manually. I have experienced some Virus which create their tree on multiple location in your Hard disk and Registry files. Blindly formatting whole Hard disk or only C drive is not the solution because sometime your virus exists in your Registry files. Also problem may not because of Virus. Formatting hard disk is only lucrative when your a sure about Viruses.

TASK MANAGER:-

To open task manager press "Alt + Ctrl + Delete " Buttons at the same time. A new window appears, Go to process Tab (on the Tab) and see how many programs are being executed by the system. Go to "Performance " Tab (on the right side of the "Process" Tab and check the utilization of your RAM and CPU.

First of all, let me know this. So that I can guide your further.
