I didn't get your point. For which post you have applied in which university ?

If you are referring to admission, then let me tell you that universities take their own entrance test as well. If you pass that then you will get admission. But, you are supposed to clear GAT within the time-frame of your masters. GAT is the requirement fby HEC.

I myself haven't qualified GAT but I have got admission in UET in MBA Finance on its admission test and interview. But, I will clear GAT within 1.5 years, In shaa ALLAH TALA.

Don't waste your money in academies. Just focus on Math and English portion. Hi-brain by Dogar publishers is enough to get good marks in GAT. Work hard and you will clear it, IAT.

Stay blessed and good luck !

Mai October ma GAT dy rahi for the very first time..😊
What is the difference between GAT,GMAT and GRE?

Best of luck to you.
GAT general has just three proportion:
Quantitative ability, analytical reasoning, and English
GRE follows the same pattern, but its level of difficulty is way harder than GAT general.
whereas, GMAT includes some portion of management studies syllabus (not sure about that)...
GRE and GMAT are usually computer based test. GMAT and GAT also incorporates paragraph writing. GAT is manual.
For GAT preparation, Use Barron's book of GRE - best for mathematical portion preparation. For English preparation, I can not recommend any book because English learning is a mundane task, can not prepared in a a couple of weeks or months. But yes, proper knowledge of Sentence structure and grammar rules can assist in such tests a bit. However, practice is the key to success. For analytical reasoning, just practice a lot. Dogar's GAT general book is useful for initial practice of analytical reasoning then internet also has wide array of these specific tests.

Buy a good book for preparation, you can begin with dogar or jahangir sons etc guide to GAT general and prepare both the analytical and quantitative portions. Also read good material e.g. news paers to improve your vocabulary.

Purchase the Dogar publishers' GAT prepration book. It will be sufficient for you. Apart from this try reading some english newspaper for comprehension and vocabulary.
