For English, you should practice writing in your own words.Read the text, see the questions in past papers and then practice them. There are some key books available in market. You should take them for guidance.
It would be better if you arrange a tutor to make your tests check on regular basis.

Arabic wasn't my elective subject in graduation so I'm unable to guide you.In CSS the paper pattern is quite different from B.A.

You should see past papers and prepare the subject according to that.I heard it's very very easy to get 150+ marks in Arabic in B.A.It would be better if you consult students who had arabic as elective subject.

you had batter to learn arabic grammer. It'll be helpful for you to get rid of cramming. For this u would have to purchase a book named "Arabi ka Muallim". It's very easy-written book and will flourish ur arbic proficiently and if u want to opt it in c.s.s also, u must learn a little bit arabic to get high marks. I'll welcome u if u need any kind of help regarding Arabic.

1- Arabi ka Muallim is written by Abdus sattar khan in such a systematic way that it would enable you to read as well as write Arabic eficiently. You would find no difficulty for translating any Quranic verse once u complete it.. If u have glimpsed "wren and martin's High school english grammer and composition",it's that kind of book.

2- Arabic is the easiest paper in B.A. No special technique is required. I attempted both papers of Arabic in 1 hour but got 189 out of 200. Cramming would not yield anything for you. Try to gain knowledge for knowledge not just for marks.

Dear fellow, I have been reared up in such a family where it is compulsory to learn Arabic. So I didn't take help of any helping book. But you can use books available in market. All r equal. I would again emphasize to learn Arabic to attain high marks. It's simple language indeed.

yes,you can do B.A in 4 months ,I have started preparation a month ago and it seems to me that this period is enough for us to get good grades even to secure good position in B.A .Past Papers do help a alot but you cannot limit yourself only to past papers ,you have to cover the whole syllabus ,manage some test sessions to get good marks. If you are doing only to pass B.A ,past papers may be enough.
