dear sikandar! i will suggest u to go for master degree in pol.science rather to english, it will prove its worth while u will be preparing for css and while attempting your papers.

Umer49 i appreciate your reply, but people have a higher chance of failure in Essay and English composition rather than optional subjects..

For MA exam, Islamia University of Bahawalpur (IUB) has centres at Bahawalpur, Chishtiya, Bahawalnagar, Khanpur and Rahim Yar Khan...
Gomal University has also centre in DIKhan...

No centres in Peshawar of both Islamia univ Bahalpur and Gomal univ...

The Department of Political Science at UoPeshawar Established in 1962.
The Department of International Relations at Quaid-i-Azam University Established in 1973.

Visit this and this for comparison...

But I would rate School of Politics and IR(QAU) first because of its faculty and courses...
I would rate MA Political Science Second.

For CSS MA Politics and IR (QAU) is best. Go for it... : )

You can get a very good command on English and can pass these two papers without doing MA English...

MA Political Science will help you in too many subjects... It will also help you in essay because atleast one essay comes from the Political Science related topic... Check the past CSS papers... : )

i am also confused , some one tell me to get subjects of m.a economics , some give me suggestions about m.a p.science and i am interested in IR . SO PLEASE help me which one is better. today is last date. just few hours left in admission . so please guide me. some one tell me do m.a economics from here , and get admission in same year from QUA ISLAMABAD IN IR so please guide me where to go. also mention me subjects which should i take. thank you

I did my BCOM in 2009.Can anyone guide me if i can appear in all the papers of MA political science in ths same year from karachi university ? And can i enroll in MA pol science after Bcom ?
