All three are divided into either Group I and II or Paper A and B. But I understand now that you have explained it.

What I now need to know is, are these Papers A and B given at the same time and day, or different dates? Or maybe Morning and evening?

English Compulsory contains 200 marks divided into 2 papers- A & B.
Both papers will be taken on different dates and days. Islamic Studies and Pakistan Affairs comprises total 100 marks. They both will also be taken in different days.

I want to do BA(Private) from Sargodha University. but feeling difficulty in choosing the best subject combination which will also help me in my CSS exams.
I have done FA with Civics,Economics,Islamiat.My subjects combinations for BA exams are as follows:

Political Science 200 marks
International Relation 200 marks
Arabic 100

Political Science 200 marks
Arabic 200
International Relation 100

Political Science 200 marks
Sociology 200
Arabic 100

Political Science 200 marks
Arabic 200
Sociology 100

Political Science 200 marks
Arabic 200
Psychology 100

Political Science 200 marks
Arabic 200
Punjabi 100

Please guide me in choosing the best combination. I'll be very thankful to you.

You must have a look on revised css syllabus,according to that you can either opt political science or IR and sociology is of 100 marks brother.

Your query was about the selection of best subjects. here is the answer.
First of all, I would like to say that CSS is a very different exam, a very diverse game almost different to other exams. But, it is a good thing that you want to focus on CSS while you are studying in Bachelors.
having said that, i would like to convey that my personal opinion and a sincere suggestion is that you should also focus upon getting the max possible marks in B.A. For this, you should select those subjects that award more marks. For this, your last group seems better.
Pol Science, Arabic, Punjabi (opt.).
But, I would also say that it would be much better for you if replace Arabic with Islamic Studies (elective). Islamiat (200) will broaden your knowledge in Islamist which is must for Competitive. And, you would be in a handy position.
Your max efforts and focus while preparation should be: English compulsory, Pol Science, Islamiat. Other subjects aren't the hiccups.

I would suggest this combination:

Sociology(200 marks)+Journalism(200 marks)+Persian (100 Marks).

Sociology is bit conceptual, but very easy at BA level.
Journalism is also easy, you just have to put 20 to 25 headings in each question.
Persian course is very short and it is highly scoring subject, you can get 90+ marks easily.
