the 4th point in golden rules say that forget meat,eggs and fish
ok ive something to say about it...
well fish is extremelyyyyy healthy(beneficial for your hair and skin)
and only egg yolks should be avoided most of the times
like nutritionists say that you can only take 2 egg yolks a week
and yes one more thing
i really like the point no 11
11. Never harbour frustration and tension. When you want to say "No" then don't say "Yes". This is a good remedy for avoiding Tension.
