My friend completed her B.E from Lahore College from University this year.It is a four years program I want to ask you that does she doing CSS?

I hope the english writing skills of your friend are better than yours if she is serious about css thingy

She is eligible for CSS exam on the basis of her four year graduation degree just like engineers are eligible

I think you are inquiring about the eligibilty factor of your friend ,yes she is eligible to take the exams on the basis of her graduation degree.
