Refernce to Khyber`s query regarding IBP,
The entry Critarea for IBP Banking Diploma is Graduation in any Subject(BA ,Bsc Bcom etc) for Non Bankers and for bankers there is no qualification requirement
as for as the success of a simple BA in this prestigious exam is concerened the entire credit goes to my commitment and guiodance of our trainers when we were getting induction training in this Bank..Actually when i joined my current bank i was the least qualified person in the batch of 250.all the 250 canidates were prepared for IBP Stage 1 and only 4 qualified success fuly and i was one of them
I would like to tell u a surprising fact that my Brother is an MBA.He is working AS OG3 in the same Bank.and has not qualifed even a single stage of IBP.
