You don't have to worry much, female doctors get almost everything they want nowadays, it is the male doctors that have a hard life. It depends on where you are posted, you might have to pass the local certification exams to practice in that country. Try to go for the usual top things like MD, MRCS/MRCP etc.

Do MPH from any reputed institution in UK or USA, you can work in any country, by associating yourself with the projects of UN. Your husband can help you with that too.
MRCP will get you a spot anywhere in Europe (excluding a few countries). It is recognized in Pakistan too. FCPS in Paediatrics, Radiology and Anaethesia from Pakistan are recognized in UK and Ireland. And in a few states in Canada. As for "the most wanted" field, it varies from country to country. Generally speaking, Plastic Surgery, ENT, Dermatology are the top ones in the West.

Thank you so much for such a helpful reply. Just want to know if its a good idea to do MPH from Pakistan, since we will be in Pakistan for 2 more years. And God knows when will we be posted in US or Uk. Thanks in advance.

No Need to pass or qualify any exam in pakistan, because every country has own criteria and system. if your husband has posted in Advance country then you can continue your practice easily, but if your husband post will in under/non development country then you can do job in their hospital, which will pay you handsome salary

Quote:
The best thing to do in your circumstances would be to pursue MRCP. Clear its first two phases. Along with that, start training in medicine or paediatrics. After two years of PG training, and clearing IMM, you can opt to train in Ireland for the next two years. This will help you in 3 ways. 1) You will have no problem in clearing PACES (final phase of MRCP), because exposure of the Western clinical setup is instrumental in clearing that. 2) The training years will be counted in your FCPS training, and by the time you clear PACES, you will be eligible for FCPS part 2 as well. 3) They pay a very good salary.
