but its for a poems translation...will find the one that conveys the sense of it inshallah...will just take some time....thx for the help. for the record, its a poem of pashto posted by a fellow member....not my poem, its a very good poem but in vernacular .... my stuff...i quote the authors when posting.

Dear i think the best word for "Gota pa khula" i.e Angasht-e-badandan will be "to stand aghast". i think so, your opinion may differ. Regards
