Post Please check this application

AssalamOAlaikum forum fellows!. How's it going with you? I just hope every one is having the time of their life!

I attempted long ago a job application with a new format which resembles very much in style with the business cover letters. I wish to send the same to the Home Department of Sindh for the post of Probation Officer (BPS-16) as advertised by SPSC recently. But I just want to get it checked before I send it to the concerned department.
So my dear, your co-operation here is called for to do me a good amount of favour. Please check this application and let me know what I need to phase in and out. Read the application given as follows:

Dear Sir/Madam (Find out the name if you can),

I am writing to express my interest in (the name of the post) position as advertised in (the source of the job listings and dates). As requested, I am enclosing a completed job application, my certification and my resume/CV.

The opportunity presented in this listing is really exciting and I am confident that my strong technical experience and education will make me a strong and competitive candidate for the position. I would like to be considered for the same as I have the passion for the environment of home department.

The key strengths that I possess for success in this position include:

· I perform well in both individually as well as in a team environment.

· I strive for continued excellence.

. I am open and communicative and at the same time have sense of duty.

· I have strong combination of a good education and a broad practical experience.

In addition to the above, with MA (English) and a CIT degree and a wide work experience, I have a complete understanding of the nature and responsibility of this job which I am sure I could apply to your department and prove to be an important asset. So, the position you outline is one, which I feel can enhance my practical background.

Please, see my resume/CV for additional information on my education and work history.

Thank you for time and consideration.

I would welcome the opportunity to discuss the job vacancy with you on telephone or at interview or written tests. I can be contacted easily on mobile or by email or the postal address (see details in my job application).

Respectfully Yours

A B C

Some months back I wrote a job application for some one. It's given in the end. you can modify that application a little bit to serve the purpose. That was just my way I did not learn that from any one, So if some one has some good suggestion, he/she should let me and Azegum know.

To tell you the description in your aplication should be short and to the point.
There are many things written in your application which dont need to be there but only in your resume. Write your application as short as possible.

The document is attached.

brother I think the sample and guideline I gave in the post is enough for you to write the application at your own. I f I do that, it would be mre like spoon feeding, which is not good for any one. now help your self.
