i agree with u
here in this case daughter of the principal is gonna b appointed.
i have 2 years experience of teaching at higher secodary school of Asharafi National educational trust, where i was one of the best teachers.
i have been giving tution to the students of O'level n my students always showed very good results.
actually i wasn't in need of this job i can earn more than their salary package in just two hours through tutions.
the thing that dejectd me is DISCRIMINATION.
if they have called me for interwiev n then rejected, it wouldn't have been a big deal.
i have already appeared in css2010. plz pray 4 my success.
regards
@ Mubeen

Nice to hear that you are a competent person that your knowledge worths more than any ordinary teacher of some school which enable you to earn five times extra than a normal teacher. I would suggest you to take tuition regularly and try to have them at your own home as well. Believe me, you would enjoy it like waking up late in the morning and no need of hustle and bustle like an ordinary school teacher does, at 8 O`clock morning.

@ others

As far as CJ concerns, I don't think that such issue can be resolved by complaining to him. People at higher authorities are not always like angels that God has sent them for common men like us. As complaining to him, you would need a channel to convey your message, here by Channel, I meant Sifarash. Its not an Indian movie that one would go to Judge saab and would explain him the situation and he would call the Principle/director of the institute and would fine him alot PLUS would ask to appoint one into the college where that person would work like a HERO with an attitude on the face showing JEET HAMESHA SACHAI KI HOTI H. (I am not trying to say that sachaii ki jeet ni hoti)

Moreover, God is not cruel. Just trust in Him and seek recommendation from Him. I am also praying for you all.

Dear!donot lose heart..its life, where everything is possible, take every thing as an experience of life...you should continue applying in other sectors,I hope you will get some good job..May be,its the policy of Punjab Group of Colleges not to oppoint any lecturer who did masters privately, but others sectors are available for uYou have no right to tortue yourself just becaue of some people who have no Calibre(keep one thing in your mind that u are the best)...try to remain intouch with books, enhance your knowledge..and dont think about this sad incident more...you just need yourself Believe this..
with all success,

In my opinion, you have the following options:

1) Appeal to the courts, perhaps civil court - I think this matters comes under the domain of utter disregard for fundamental rights. They could disqualify you after the interviews but to challenge the elagibility is I think in principle very wrong.

2) Goto the MNA or MPA - Perhaps the proper channel of voicing your concerns on a national level is this one. However, the availability and readiness of the member cannot be guaranteed.

3) Goto the educational department (civil service) - The Education ministry may exercise some influence on these institutions but I dont think without any personal interest of some higher-up, you'd really be able to avoid the hectic red tape procedures.

4) Goto the media - Pakistani media has their own interests and unless some media person has a personal grudge with the management of institute, they would not really be keen to help.

Now I am not trying to be cynic here but theres a high probability of the above scenarios happening to you. But dont lose hope, this is precisely the reason why we want to join the civil services, not to change system but to change people, to provide environment conducive to the growth of honesty and justice in the society.

And dont let this incident kill your motivation and remember,
"that dont kill me can only make me STRONGER"

I shall pray for all those who have been a victim of such crude injustice.

All the Best~
