AM Payscale: Sps-8 (39200-2300-85200)
Around 87K including allowances.

Not sure where you need explanation!
This thing 39200-2300-85200 means: Basic =39200 and Increment=2300

If you are asking how it would total be Rs. 87000/- then I don't know exact breakdown but I saw this Salary figure in TechandReseach advertisement for SPS-8.
