Dear Armghan,
Tolerance means to bear pain or hardships with patince! My sheer condolences are with your passing family members and may God rest their soul in heaven and also God courage you to hold paitince tightly. And about yourself, better go out regularly to have a fresh air for yourself and intract to new faces to get rid of your ex-pain. The longer you will remain in this particular state of mind, the lesser you will have chance to see new people around you.

ahhh...after a long long time i have found some1 who thinks exactly like me....
mee too think in same manner that at least wo banda to khush hai jisse aap muhabbat kernay ka dawa kertay hain....khr waqt sab kch sikha daita hai....in start its hard to think in this fashion but as time passes a person learn how to compromise with things....
