ek case tha jo 21 january 2011 me dispose off hogaya aur us main ek certified copy ke application aye jo hum ne un ko 24 january main sign kar k de dee. us lihaaz se un k appeal ka time 24 feburay banta tha.
wo wakeel 19 feburay ko aya kaha k ye copy mujhe samjah main nahi aa rahe doosre copy on same application issue karain ( jo k illgal hai) main ne mana kardiya us k baad humare copiest ne un ko 24 feb ko coy bana k de. us copy ko main ne sign kar ne se inkaar kardiya i said that this is illegal i can not do this as they time baared for filing frist appeal main ne ye masla additionl district judge k saamne rakha us ne khaa you are right.on 26-2-2011 wo wakeel 7 ya 8 wakeel r leke aaye jo mujhe kahene lage k copy sign karo main ne inkaar kardiya to wo mujhe gaaliya dene lage r greeban pakar kar k kaha k judge aate jaate rahtain hain tum ko yaha pe rahna hum tum ko dekh lain gay . us baat pe itna roya hoon k gharreb ki koi izzat he nahi main choti se noukri khusi se nahi kar raha apne ghar walloon k liye r apne taleem k expenses poore karne k liye karta hoon.

Well I m mentioning some solutions under, in accordance with my experience and observation regarding your Problem:
1. Arrange a detailed report against those Lawyers (With name & details) , attach the copies of related documents with report and present it to your Concern Authority (Additional District Judge) with recommendation to take strict action against them i.e. cancellation of License etc. (Don't forget to mention the official Diary No./Date on it)
2. Sent 1/1 copy of above noted Report to the concern President of Bar and Lawyers licence issuing authority.
3. Furthermore, if it is necessary than sent the copies to different departments i.e. Provincial Govt.'s Complain cell, Ombudsman office etc.
4. Submit an application to related Police Station, against them to launching an F.I.R about their criminal act.
5. Gain the knowledge about powers of your job, UNSOLVED MYSTERY has done a superb work in his post, read it carefully.

No doubt, CSS is a fantastic job, but your post is also important for our country.Wo laweyrs apko threat kr rahey hain k JUDGE TOU CHANGE HOTEY HE REHTEY HAIN tou merey bhai next jo Judge aye ga uski bi wohi Worth and Powers hon gi naa... So dont wory, hr problem k solution hota hai, I strongly recommend to do study about your official powers and rules & regulations about Bar-Discipline of lawyers...
