"like we can produce a Good Dr,A GOOD engr or a GOod Lecturer"

am not sure about doctors but whoever said that our education system can yield good engineers and good lecturer.... I am sorry but I would not agree with you on this one.

i hope u have misunderstood my point...i wanted to say that our education system is only capable of producing machines but not good human beings.

Right, so you meant that our setup is more mechanical and not intuitive enough to extract the ingenuity of the character.

I think what you are pointing in not just a problem in our educational system but a global dilemma. But may be you are right that we overstress uniformity and discipline in our system which may effectively reduced the productive of any system to mere mechanical.
Matlab, "sab ko ik hi charhi say hankna" and in that, I agree with you.

Reading without reflecting is like eating without digesting.

In my opinion, education without actual practice is nothing.

Every human needs to acquire two types of education ; 1. Academic and 2nd religious, both have different charms and consequences.
every Human acquires academic education in order to earn livelihood while religious education is acquired in order to get a good place in jannah (Heaven).

There are different purposes in both above mentioned education types but as far as i conceive from your style of broaching this topic is what changes we witness after post-education period.

First of all,we have to understand that our basic teachers are our parents from whom we not only learn how to walk ,eat, talk, interpersonal communication and behavior but also learn how to lead a good life.
As far post-education period is concerned, most of the educated people are witnessed in our society worst than uneducated people because they just acquire education to pass an exam not to bring any change in the society or in their life.
Needless to say that education is the third eye of a human that gives a sense of gauging right and wrong inspite of that we do what, suits our nature.
Honor of the state is achieved with education (Sir syed)
How many of us,will bring change in this country after passing the css exam? very less
How many of us ,do have actual practice over what we read in books?
anyway,nice topic.
