Are CSPs allowed to write articles in newspapers?
I am studying Journalism at this time and plan to join foreign service once I graduate. I was just thinking whether CSPs are allowed to write articles or opinions in newspapers or blogs since such articles are highly objective and usually do not go in favor of government's policies. So, will any such attempt bring under question the loyalty of CSPs to their job? If they are allowed to express themselves, do anyone know about articles written by a CSP?

Thanks for sharing this video. It seems it is allowed. But the lady in the video was a railway servant. But she was again suspended on the matter that she criticized the minister. It's a bit discouraging. I am particularly interested in knowing about whether diplomats are allowed or not? I have heard that since diplomats enjoy some exceptional privileges so they have to protect certain state policies to be made public.
