Question Best Posture for Study ???

Aoa Pals
I hope and pray that you all will be doing good. I need to know about best body posture for study. Till know I was in habit of sitting on a mattress placed on ground but few days back a friend of mine who is a doctor by profession bade me to use this posture as it put more stress on eyes and back and he asked me to use chair n study table which I think will not be comfortable for longer duration/sessions of study.
So we have these options.
1. Chair and study table
2.Mattress placed on ground/carpet
3. Study rightaway in bed
4. Any other please share

So dear friends/experts/csps please recommend which way to go for ? kindly bail me out of this fix.

Regards.

Don't sit in one posture for a long time, try variations. Continuous sitting in one posture creates stress, change your posture often. However the Chair and study table is a best option among all.

what so ever the posture is, there should be a reasonable distance between the eyes and the reading material/cotent. but one should avoid the study in any ucomfortable position It can cause serious health problems and damage to the nerves. Among the above mentioned postures, table and chair is the best. Another factor is light. It should not be dim, it's not good for eyes.
