domicile certificate..? domicile certificate..?

Question domicile certificate..?
dear friends i need information regarding domicile certificate. i am going to apply for job recently announced by fbr. i am from sahiwal and have CNIC and all other educational certificated which show that i am resident of sahiwal.
Now the question is , is it necessary to attach domicile certificate with job application form ? if yes then tell me the place from where i can get domicile certificate.

it depends on the the job requirement but normally in all Govt.sectors you have to send domicile. and i m no sure about sahiwal but domicile are issued by district Government authorities

Asslaam o Alaikum

yes it is mandatory but if you can not manage the certificate till cut off date then apply for the post and submit domicile as soon as you get it

you can visit NADRA office for this.
From lahore,i guess domicile is also issued by driving licensing dept.
But Nadra offcie will guide you

@Maimoona

If you have qualified then you should submit the domicile as soon as possible
otherwise they will reject your candidature.

But in case you have not qualified then submit it in the next attempt.

yeah m not qualified but they show me result of my css. but i hear that domicile is must in interviews?

it is must as merit list are made separately for separate areas and you must have domicile for it. if anyone fails to give domicile his/her name can not be in the list.
