Malala Yusufzai the National Peace Award
winner who came under the global spotlight for her
efforts to bring back peace to her hometown Swat
came under attack earlier today. Malala Yousafzai
was injured along with two other girls when unknown
assailants opened fire on her vehicle in Swat, Geo
News reported.
According to police, Malala a children’s rights activist
received two bullets, and was rushed to the District
Headquarter Hospital in Saidu Sharif, and later
shifted to a hospital in Peshawar.

May Allah give her good health. Pray for her.

There is a difference in Taliban.

1- TTP(agents who after afghan war sold themselves for dollars)

2- Afghan Taliban Mullah Umar Group (Mujahideen)

TTP(supported by CIA and RAW) is made for the specific purpose of destabilizing Pakistan and defame the image of Taliban. Salala checkpost attack was deliberately made because these check posts were a big hindrance for insurgents in Pakistan. And till then Pak Army had cleared that area from TTP so it was necessary for US to insert more agents so that they can claim rights for drone attacks and staying in Afghanistan for a longer period.

US is facing severe consequences in Afghanistan due to Afghan Taliban and not due to TTP. TTP has never supported Pakistan but Afghan Taliban are supporting Pakistan and in return Pak Army is also supporting them (Haqqani Network).

SWAT: Tehreek e Taliban Pakistan (TTP) have claimed responsibility of an attack on Malala Yousafzai, the National Peace Prize Winner.

TTP spokesman, Ehsanullah Ehsan said his group was behind the shooting.

"We carried out this attack," spokesman Ehsanullah Ehsan told AFP, speaking by telephone from an undisclosed location. "Anybody who speaks against us will be attacked in the same way."

"She was pro-West, she was speaking against Taliban and she was calling President Obama her idol," Ehsan said by telephone from an undisclosed location.

"She was young but she was promoting Western culture in Pashtun areas," he said.

For her courageous and outstanding services for the promotion of peace under extremely hostile conditions in Swat, she was awarded the first National Peace Award by the Pakistani government on 19 December 2011.

etc etc etc. And here we have another conspiracy theorist and Taliban apologetic. Wake up. Wake up before the country burns to the ground.

First, there is ample evidence of links between various Afghan and Pakistani groups. Second, please prove that the TTP is funded by the CIA. Third, please prove that the Afghan Taliban are "friends of Pakistan". Fourth, if Pakistan is indeed supporting the Afghan Taliban, then we are shooting ourselves in the foot. Pakistan's strategy of using proxies to further its foreign policy objectives has utterly failed and is responsible for the prevailing condition in Pakistan.

Hassan02, you've fallen for this hook, line and sinker. Don't be so hasty. I am not a Taliban apologist. In fact, I am their biggest critic. But I have a gut feeling that this attack was not done by them regardless of their claims. TTP, whose spokesperson Ahsan Ullah Ahsan accepted the responsibility for the attack, doesn't have jurisdiction or any means to penetrate Swat for this kind of a targeted attack. Tehreek-e-Taliban Swat was and still is an independent chapter. They may have links with TTP and other Taliban factions but they are a different entity. Furthermore, its not their MO. They like to do bomb blasts, suicide attacks, trucks filled with bombs, IEDs etc. Simple firing is not something they like. Stupid Taliban spokesperson even accepted the responsibility for some random shooting in USA a few yeas back, later it turned out that the guy who did the shooting was some random nut job from Vietnam.

So who did it? My guess is someone who is jealous of Malala to the point of wanting to kill her. Some relative who is angry at her rise to fame. Their thinking: why her? why not my daughter? Or someone who had a feud, business, personal or otherwise, with Malala's father or mother and is now targeting their daughter out of spite.

There needs to be a proper investigation of this incident keeping in mind all these and other possibilities. The Taliban's acceptance cannot and must not be used as a justification for stuffing this case in cold cabinets. They need to check the caliber of the bullets which hit her. If they are 9mm, then its another red flag. You know why? Taliban normally use 7.62×39mm bullets with AK-47s. They'll laugh in your face if you accuse them of using 9mm bullets. They'll probably be offended..

Apparently she was hit in the head. Surviving a direct hit to the head from a 7.62×39mm bullet all but impossible. So I'm inclined be believe that it indeed was a 9mm bullet. Again, targeting head is also not Taliban's MO. They just spray their victims, even if they are standing 2 feet away from them, that too with AK-47s.

There is something really fishy here. Everything is not what it looks like.

As per statement of A. Rehman Malik, this attack may be carried out by a splinter group of TTP. However, TTP atrocities cannot be forgotten which are still continue.

Rehman Malik is a certified liar because the Supreme Court has declared him a dishonest person in the dual nationality case last month. Anything he says cannot be trusted even in normal times, let alone after getting himself declared as a liar and dishonest person by the Supreme Court of Pakistan.

If you mean that i will present a written agreement between TTP, CIA and RAW, then my friend I don`t have one. Such things don`t need to be proven my friend, they just need some common sense. Why TTP is not acting against India? Why they are focusing on Pakistan only? TTP has claimed only those bombings and killings that have been in Pakistan neither in Afghanistan nor in USA nor in India. History speaks itself and history needs not to be just read, but analysis and lessons should be the prime objective of studying anything.

Why TTP mehsood group bought children for 14000 USD for suicide attacks? If they were Afghan Taliban they could have done it in Afghan currency.. right?

And I have more information for you.. Russia and Iran are also supporting Afghan Taliban not TTP because Afghan Taliban are the only resistance to US in this region. So my friend broaden your view and analyze the Game. The Real Game is between US and Russia. US wants central asian energy resources and destabilization of only nuclear power in Islamic block whereas Russia cannot tolerate US plans to stay in the region and consume their energy resources of Central Asia. Pakistan, Russia, China and Iran have the same goal a little bit and they do not want US to stay in the region whereas India, US and Europe have the goals opposite to ours.

I don`t mind that because my theory is the theory of think tanks. I will advise you don`t just read anything, analyze whatever you read. And such theories need time to be proven. Even I would say a little common sense will be enough.

I don`t agree. This is done by TTP. Pakistan Army is refusing to follow american order to start operation and this is the only reason TTP became active e.g. Kamra airbase attack, and now Malala Yousaf Zai. In fact, Americans don`t want to let our Army focus on external borders and they want us busy in our interior terrorism.
