Oh my god! incredible ,hats off to lady and more hats off to DCO .I don't know why we always use to blame politicians and use bad words for them when the main problem is not lack of leadership but our corruption in our institution in our social life .Institution are not working properly and yes our whole nation is corrupted not only politician , don't know what is happening in our beloved country .

Its Fault of that DCO who accepted the documents without verification and any official notification,,,,how these DCO's are selected if they don't have ability to know the fake ones,

well it is not the DCO alone who is to blame as we all know that kasur is included in the lahore division which is headed by a commissioner and it is routine pratice for all commissioners to convene meetings of officers of various districts under their jurisdiction considering this fact one or two meetings must be held by the commissioner Lahore in which the dco would have brought the fake AC with him since Kasur is not a large district there cannot be more than 2/3 ACs so she must have been questioned by the commissioner on some issue and even otherwise there is a lot of difference in the body language of an officer and a common man so the commissioner should have noted any discrepancy in her report so it seems that he was also negligent in this matter those ACs who were working with her in Kasur should had noticed the flaws in her reports and her coversation style and should have brought the matter in DCOs notice since officers of equal rank have more interaction among themselves thirdly she must have bribed someone in the S&GAD to issue a notification which ordered her appointment to Kasur which she presented to the DCO at the time of her first meeting with him so in the light of above mentioned facts we can easily conclude that she got the posting due to negligence of senior officers like commissioner and the dco and connivance of some subordinates in services deptt.

Unbelievable. Perfect example to highlight the inability of this system to work properly. According to Dorthy Day "Our problems stem from our acceptance of this filthy rotten system." This girl has challenged this system and refused to accept the hegemony and rule of incapable people. Though she used illegal means but sometimes to change the rules you have to break them.

Well brother all high profile posts of the bureaucracy like secretaries to federal and provincial govts. commissioners of the divisions and DCs of the districts are posted according to the whims and fancies of the persons at the helm of affairs like prime ministers chief ministers no body takes into account your honesty integrity competence only your loyalty to the rulers is the prime consideration of these people and and those officers who are blue eyed boys of the rulers get lucrative posts irrespective of their seniority and negative ACRs while the deserving and honest people dream all their lives about those posts and eventually get retired
