KASUR: On the orders of DCO Ihsan Waheed, the B-Division arrested a fake assistant commissioner working here for the last three months.



Mahnoor Fazal, of resident of Sheikhupura, had introduced herself to the DCO as under-training assistant commissioner, showed an S&GD letter and requested for accommodation at Officers Colony. She also informed the DCO that she was from the 38th Common Group.



The district administration provided her an office on the premises of the DCO Office, a residence, a car, a driver and an official cell phone. During her stay, the accused fined owners of various shops and restaurants. A few weeks ago, restaurant owners of Shahbaz Khan Road and Adda Laliani had staged a demonstration and blocked the road by burning tyres, alleging that the AC had raided a hotel and taken away roasted chicken and other eatables in bulk in the name of Îsamplesâ. She was also accused of thrashing restaurant employees and throwing utensils on the road. Traders had also accused her of receiving bribe through her touts.



A few days back, DCO Ihsan Waheed asked the accused to prepare a report and doubted her identity when she prepared a very poor report. On the orders of the DCO, DPO Syed Khurram Ali and ASP Shaista Jabeen interrogated her and found her a fake officer. A case (666/12) has been registered against her under sections 170, 171, 471, 420, and 468 of the PPC.



Meanwhile, the accused pleaded her innocence in the police custody and said that some politicians had conspired against her as she was performing her duties honestly. Sources revealed that her father was a former employee of a tractor company. However, the incident has stunned the district administration as well as general public, raising question that how many such fake officials were operating in the country. The News

I doubt the competancy of that DCO. How come he beleived her without receiving any official notification?
Either DCO is also a fake player or he is incapable to serve any more.

bro Raz is right. There is a question mark on credibility of DCO. He provided perks and priviliges to a fake person without recieving officia document. This is also another question mark on the competency of bureaucracy as in the case of public matters there is a huge delay in the bureaucratic process and in the appointment of fake persons there is not even a little bit investigation.

Xeric. i totally agreed with you in this matter and look her confidence level. there is no doubt that she made fool DCO and even he had no idea to verify her and similarly he even had no checked headquaters. and did not understand that she had been sent here for training. and i think CSPs done this at CSA. he should caugth her from here.

This shows her intellect against the foolish bureaucratic system. Another lesson learnt from her attempt is that Pakistan need not spend huge funds on inducting, training and accommodating bureaucrats. A lady of this caliber and common person can perform the same duties. She proved it by serving nation till 3 months.

This is an eye opener and compels us to realize that Pakistani nation is such a stupid and primeval nation which can be ruled by fake ACs, Ghost employees, fake hakeems, Double Shah, ye baba, wo baba, chota peer, bacha peer, Quiescent and drowsy CM syed Qaim Ali Shah, senseless CM Aslam Raisani a full time joker, instinctive/genetically corrupt leader Jat, Massacre leader Bhai a who knows when/how/where/to whom to slaughter, Emotional Businessman sharif who has nothing to do with masses except business class, A Play boy sharif who knows how to impress/blackmail/marry the wives of other big shots and score highest number of extra marital affairs and how to raid and sack bureaucrats and how to throw away speaker mike, Jali Molana who knows how to make the most of opportunity and how to hunt in the troubled waters and how to capitalize the Islamic card for the sake of self interest and non-Islamic objectives.

She served for three month, but how do you people evaluate her capabilities as an assistant commissioner? Moreover, its not necessary that a good administrator may also be a good assistant commissioner. Her wrong decisions proved her worth within a short period of three months. She remained AC for three months but it does not prove her satisfactory performance.

Mr Raaz, do you think that the language you used here is appropriate for this forum???

What about those officers who get transferred thrice in 3 months period and what about those who are asked to report in pool/OSD? Do these transfers or deprivations from postings prove that the officers were not worth serving nation?

And sorry for the language if you find it inappropriate but these were the realities which we are aware of but we don't dare to comment because of various limitations.
