Default Need suggestion

I have done BS-PA Bachelor Studies in Public Administration which is a 4 years degree program.HRM is my major subject. In final year we cm 2 knw dat faculty is nt offering Master degree program and this BS-PA is equals to masters itself(I have an equivalent certificate which shows BS-PA is equals to Masters and another certificate dat shows MPA and MBA are treated equivalent). Those who want 2 study further may take admission in M.Phil program being offered to us.Since BS-PA is equals to master therefore I didn't studied further and started searching job.During this phase I have found hardly 2 or 3 jobs in last 3 years which requires BS-PA.Kindly seniors and other members guide me should I continue searching a job on this qualification or should I take admission in MBA??

First of all one thing must be cleared that four years bachelor degree is equivalent to master degree awarded after 16 years of schooling. It has been notified by HEC as well.
But you should be very much clear that MPA is not equivalent to MBA or vice versa. These both have their own charm. As you have told your experience about it. MBAs have comparatively more chances than the MPAs.

Now I'll suggest you to go for MBA, as Institute of Business Admin University of sindh is well reputed and its degree has some worth. Its one of the good departments of alma mater. Regards.
