AOA,
friends why people think that css is easy for those people who are masters in english, can any one explain it.

CSS requires a great command over English... those who have Masters in English have usually command over their subject. Thats why they do it easily.

so you are saying that knowledge is not compulsory for css just command in english is enough

knowledge is also important. but its secondary. english and answer techniques are far more important than knowledge.

Its exactly what marilatif said. The only thing that gives an edge to the candidates having MA English is the command they have over English language. Plus even if someone has substantial knowledge, s/he has to be dependent on the mode of communication to share it, which in case of CSS is English.

Actually I am just an official. So, I think it would be better if you ask this question to a CSP. They would be in a better position to answer your query.

The main thing is knowledge, language is a mean of transporting it. See it doesn't matter how better is the quality of your goods if you can not supply it to markets to satisfy the demands. So is the case with Knowledge and language. What good can be knowledge if you can not present it to the examiner in an understandable manner. Of course he checks the knowledge but you should be able to convey your message to examiner. Furthermore language embellishes your knowledge too. M.A English provides an opportunity for candidates to transport their knowledge in a perfect way.
