depression,need help

hello everyone,i am so much depressed now a days.i have started my preperation with full motivation and spirit in mid of february,i used to spend 7 to 8 hours on study,but its been more than a month that i totally quit studies i dont know why???. my parents keep on encouraging me but it seems like if i open the books something will happen and i would be busy in studies. please seniors do reply. i think that i have wasted plenty of time and now its too late to start preperation of 2014
AM i right or wrong.

do you have other intrests than css? what is your educational background?
if you realy want to become a csp you still have ample time. just you need devotion.

Sana, Maybe you have any tension in your personal life regarding study or anything else. Your statement has shown the symptom of anxiety/depression. You have taken something very emotionally and now thinking like you have given up. Its not too late for study. Your preparation starts when you actually study without any tension. Being depressed, you can't concentrate much. Its better for you to change the mind. Spend time with your friends and make yourself free from all the worries.

You are a CSS aspirant, don't dis hearten yourself. Give some break to yourself from worries. Study, but without anxiety. You will cover up in few days.

First of all it's never too late to mend.
Zikir of Allah,establishing Salah(Namaz) with punctuality and Quran recitation are the finest management to cope with any type of stress,depression or anxiety.

well that's not a big deal dear.....it happens with everyone
first of all let me clear one point, if you are novice to CSS you have ample time, those who have already taken the exam and know the dynamics will start their prep with fervor in June or July, as a new aspirant, you are obviously not late....

Second, you have to create interest in your subjects, don't worry it will take a day or two, give yourself break, deliberately don't study or even think about studying.....

Punjabi is your optional, listen to Sufi kalam, this way you will find an amusement and prep as well, once you are absorbed in it, take your interst to further level and try to explore the poetry of these sufis, this way you will at least take a start, then it will be easier to find pace as well.....

Sana don't think what will happen next, may be during preparation you unconsciously think about other interests beside studies. Keep yourself busy in healthy activities like reading poetry, english novels, and stop thinking too much, believe in ALLAh that He will surely give you reward for your struggle and hard work. If you started your preparation now with full zeal, its not late, you can easily cover your syllabus.
If possible do combine study, at least your focus will be remain on studies.

Nothing to worry.keep your spirits high.Try to study a difficult subject with an interesting one.You can also watch news/talkshows to enhance your knowledge or you can also read a book of your interest along with your studies.

Do anything but get rid of it or else you will start loving it.
