Default Youth Leadership Development Program 2013
Every year YLDP is arranged by School of Leadership which costs around Rs. 40,000 per participant while the above program is organized by Memon foundation on subsidized charges for only Rs. 8000 per participant.

The program is scheduled on July 5-7, 2013. It's a 3-day residential event at Sheraton Hotel Karachi where the most renowned speakers like Kamran Rizvi, Shereen Naqvi, Umari Jaliawala and many others along with young-esters from all around Pakistan would gather together aimed at developing the leadership persona of individuals.

It is a highly recommended and worth attending event for age group 19-25; it will help you transform and expand your paradigm.

what is the benefit of attending this training? and for which disciplines it is? can u guide me in detail?

Avoid regular use of "Netspeak" or other "cute" grammar or spelling (For example: writing "R U a woman?" instead of "Are You a woman?")

This is for all disciplines! It is a kind of motivational event where renowned motivational speakers train the youth in different dimension so as to expand their thinking horizons, to help them capitalze, to transform them, to make them think positve, and ultimately help them to find where their true talent lies. This event will boost your overall confidence.

This is specially good for undergraduates because it will give them an edge on others at the time of job hunting. I have personally seen many multinationals prefer candidates who attend such events and for obvious reasons!
