Avoid regular use of "Netspeak" or other "cute" grammar or spelling (For example: writing "R U a woman?" instead of "Are You a woman?").

I heard few months ago that if a person from armed forces joins PSP group, he will be directly posted as SP (BPS-18) instead of ASP (BPS-17). Please confirm if someone knows about it.

It is valid for equivalent ranks..As if a captain joins police, he will be ASP and for major its SP.

Mr Umar if you are in Pak Army then there is no need to go through written, just give your willingness letter and your name will be send by GHQ and further you will be called for interview if um not wrong.

@Mano Khan! Madam its not that simple as you have mentioned above. As first 50 and last 50 of a course cannot even apply for civil services and then there are some more professional restrictions. As i am in the first category, so only way for me to join civil services is through open merit.
