عِشق، منزل کے رُخ کا غازہ ہے

عقل، رستے کو صاف کرتی ہے

زندگی پر جو لوگ چھا جائیں

مَوت اُن کا طواف کرتی ہے

قُربت

مَیں سجاتا ہوں پیاس ہونٹوں پر

تُم گھٹا بن کے دِل پہ چھا جاؤں !

اے رگِ جاں میں گونجنے والو!!

اور بھی کُچھ قریب آجاؤ !!!

یادش بخیر!

جو کبھی زندگی کا محور تھے!

کاش اب بھی وہ دوست کہلاتے

جو بُھلائے نہ جارہے تھے کبھی!

اب وہی یاد بھی نہیںآتے
