zakhum hi ye mujhay lagta nahin bhernay wala

Zindgi say kisi samjhootay k ba'wasuf ab tak
yad aata hai koi marnay merny wala

us ko bhi hum teray koochay mae guzar aye hain
zindgi mae jo lamha tha sawernay wala

us ka andaz.e.sukhun sub sy juda tha shayud
bat lagti hoi'lehja wo mukernay wala

sham honay ko hai aur ankh mae ik khawab nahin
koi is gher mae nahin roshni kernay wala

isi umeed pay her sham bujhaiy hain charagh
ik tara hai ser.e.bam ubhernay wala
