Dil main phir dard howa dair talak
Na mili iss ko dawa dair talak
Mein nay khoshboo ki haqeqat poochi
Phool khamosh raha dair talak
Tum nay to sirf suna hee ho ga
Mein nay jo dard saha dair talak
Shab ko phir mein nay sulgata paya
Man ka khamosh diya dair talak
Uss nay kuch aur kaha tha shayed
Mein nay kuch aor suna dair talak
Uss nay poocha kay mujhe yaad kiya?
Mein nay tab hans kay kaha dair talak
Janay wala nahi ek pal bhi ruka
Aks aankhoon main raha dair talak
Maslahat reh gaee hontoon pay Batool
Rooh main shor macha dair talak
