Baghbaan nay aag di jub aashiyaaney ko meray
jin pay takkiya tha wohi pat'tey hawa denay lagey!! (Saqib lakhnavi)


woh baat saarey fasaney main jis ka zikr naa tha
woh baat unko bohat naagawaar guzri hay!! (Faiz)



sun to sahi jahan main hay tera fasana kia
kehti hay tujhko khalk-e-Khuda ghaibaana kia!! (Haider Ali aatish)



ab udaas phirtey ho sardioun ki shaamoun main

khard ka naam junoun parh gaya , junon ka khard
jo chahey aap ka husn-e-karishma saaz karey

phool to do din bahar-e-jaan fiza dikhla gayey
hasrat un ghunchoun pay hay jo bin khiley murjha gayey(Zauq)


bohat dil khush hua Hali say mil kar
abhi kuch log baqi hain jahan main(Haali)

bohat shaur suntey thay pehloo main dil ka
jo cheera to aik qatra khoon ka naa nikla!! (aatish)



yad-e-maazi azaab hay YaRab
cheen lay mujh say hafza mera!! (akhtar ansari)


itni naa barha paki-e-damaan ki hiqayat
daman ko zara daikh zara band-e-qaba daikh!!sheefta
